- When not in use, the Fevicol AC Duct King- Adhesive container must be closed. Before using, thoroughly mix the adhesive. Because it contains flammable solvents, it must be stored with caution. Avoid using the adhesive on undulated surfaces. The use of protective hand gloves, masks, and goggles is strongly advised.

FEVICOL SR 505 HVAC is a synthetic rubber-based adhesive designed to bond various insulation materials to HVAC ducts, chilled water pipelines, and underdeck in industrial and residential projects. Because of its mild odour, the product is suitable for use in poorly ventilated areas. Using FEVICOL SR 505 ensures that the substrates being bonded are clean. In the case of Rockwool, the adhesive should only be applied to the duct/pipe/conrete substrate and not to the insulation. Apply a minimum of two coats of adhesive to both surfaces for underdeck application.

Fevicol AC Duct King-Lag Coating AF 5590 is a UL-listed, antifungal, vapour barrier, and flame retardant coating that protects insulation from fire, mechanical damage, fungal growth, and condensation. Fevicol AC Duct King-Lag Coating AF 5590 is a low VOC Green & Safe flame retardant coating. For best results, avoid diluting because it distorts the product's performance, and keep the container closed when not in use. Always pre-consult in high humidity conditions before applying and clean the substrates to be coated of rust, dust, oil, moisture, and so on. A smooth and uniform finish requires two coats. Apply the third coat after curing the second coat for critical applications.

- Fevicol 1k PUR is a single-component moisture-curing glue that can be used to change insulation while a plant is operating without stopping operations.

PIDILITE FEVISEAL NEUTRAL PRO
Feviseal Neutral Pro is a non-slump, moisture-curing, one-part Neutral Cure Silicone Sealant RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) that cures to form a tough, medium modulus rubber for long-term flexibility and durability. Feviseal must dry for 4 hours before being exposed to water droplets, and it must dry for 24 hours before being exposed to pressurised water. It will take 7 days to completely dry. Feviseal should not be applied to damp or moist substrates, nor should it be applied at temperatures below 5°C.

- Feviseal Neutral Pro is UV resistant and ready to use, which means no mixing is required and it can be applied directly through the cartridge.
- Feviseal Neutral Pro is completely non-sagging, anti-fungal, tough and flexible after curing, and thus performs well during expansion and contraction.
- At room temperature and relative humidity, it cures by absorbing moisture from the air. When sealing glass, ceramic, and vitreous surface joints, no primer is required.
Applications of Feviseal Neutral Pro
- Feviseal Neutral Pro can be used to seal gaps in HVAC ducting between flanges and joints.
- Feviseal Neutral Pro can also be used to seal aluminium / glass window frame joints and to fix glass into aluminium frames instead of rubber beading.
- Feviseal Neutral Pro can also be used for interior and exterior gap sealing around AC ducts, vents, pipes and fittings, exhaust fan frames, and so on.
Precautions & Limitations
It is not recommended to use Feviseal Neutral Pro as an architectural sealant in fish tanks, food industries, structural glazing, where over coating of painting is required, filling gaps on masonry & cementitious surfaces. Because some people are sensitive to solvents, resins, and hardeners, it is best to wear hand gloves and goggles.
