Polyurethane Sealant: Smartflex PU is a low-modulus, one-component polyurethane sealant. Once cured, it forms a tough, flexible seal that can accommodate cyclic expansion and compression movements of up to 50% (± 25%) of the original joint width. This sealant offers excellent resistance to typical weathering conditions, such as rain, sunlight, ozone, and atmospheric pollutants.
Surface Preparation and Finishing: The application temperature should be between +5°C to +40°C, applicable to both the environment and substrates. All surfaces must be solid, clean, dry, and free from grease and dust. Smartflex PU adheres well to most porous and non-porous substrates without the need for a primer. Always conduct an adhesion test prior to application.

Applications: This Polyurethane Sealant was specifically developed for use in the following areas:
-Expansion and connection joints between various construction materials, such as concrete, aluminum, fiber-cement sheets/boards, wood, and brick.
-Expansion joints between precast concrete panels.
-Plasterboard faces and paper-lined recessed edges, as well as fiber-cement sheets/boards.
-Connection joints between aluminium windows, concrete, including waterproofing, except in toilets and bathrooms.
Limitation: Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene, bituminous substrates, and chlorides (e.g., pools).
